SHIPPING

Currently we offer standard shipping to the UK only. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase, please get in touch with us at info@arc-ggd.com.

All our items are sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail, cost calculated at checkout. You will receive updates to the email address you provide at checkout and will have the ability to change delivery options to suit your needs.

We endeavour to ship all items by the end of the following working day. If your item does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch (UK), please contact us.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided such as a change of address. Items returned to us marked as unclaimed by the receiver will require repeat postage costs before we can resend. Please check your order confirmation email and contact us at info@arc-ggd.com immediately if any changes need to be made.


RETURNS

We offer a 14 day exchange or return policy. Before sending an item back, please email us and we will send a returns form - please include this in the package with the returned item(s).

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes of the same clothing item, or colourways of the same print edition, subject to availability. The customer is required to cover the cost of returning the item to us, however if you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement to you for free.

All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition with all labels and accessories present. We will not accept returns for any non faulty items that are damaged, have been worn or have had tags removed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Prints must be returned in packaging that offers the same level of protection as that in which they were originally shipped (including front and back reinforced cardboard layers and corner protection).

Once items are received in the required condition we will issue a refund or exchange.

It is the customer’s responsibility cover return costs and to ensure that returned items arrive back to us in the required condition. we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
